No, prior experience is not required for our Base Camp tours. Our trips are designed for all skill levels, including first-timers. Our certified guides provide comprehensive instruction and ensure you feel comfortable on the water.

Depending on the tour and season, you can see humpback whales, orcas, sea otters, dolphins, porpoises, sea lions, and seals. Our Grizzly Bear and Great Bear Rainforest tours also offer opportunities to see coastal wolves, black bears, and grizzlies in their natural habitat.

We keep our group sizes small to minimize environmental impact. Our base camp tours have a maximum of ten guests and three guides, while our explorer tours have a maximum of eight guests with two guides.
